Scheduling an Inspection

Use the portal below to schedule your inspection with Foundation & Up Home Inspections Ltd. Follow the prompts which will take you step-by-step through the process allowing you to view available inspection times. Enter as much information as possible about the property, realtor information and personal contact details (Privacy Policy) into the form.

Using the portal alone is not a contract and there are no obligations to purchase. However, once the form is filled out an electronic contract agreement will be sent for your review and confirmation of your scheduled inspection.

• Available time slots can be adjusted to suit your needs where possible.
• Foundation & Up doesn’t generally work on Sundays as we believe it is important to have scheduled family time.
• If you are uncertain of the size of the home when doing online booking then an approximation is OK, final accounting can be altered if required.

***Generally we inspect a maximum of 2 properties daily through online booking: morning & afternoon. If you require an alternate start time or date not presently available, please let us know in the “Comments/Questions” section and we’ll try to accommodate your request ( example: 8:00 am inspection start time instead of 9:00 am or on a Sunday).
